Return Policy

Can I return my item if there’s nothing wrong with it?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you received the goods or services you ordered.

If you have made a purchase through our website or over the telephone and have paid for delivery but wish to return the full order by post or to a store you are entitled to a refund on the outbound delivery charge originally paid within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be the equivalent value of standard delivery, any enhanced or premium delivery options are not refunded.

If you purchase an item online and return it, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you if the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods (i.e. more than you would if you were buying it in a shop).

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order you must let us know in writing which you can do by email. Alternatively, you can use our cancellation form here.

How do I return my item?

You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession

Any items returned must be shipped at buyer’s cost. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service as any loss or damage to the goods that occur in transit are at buyers risk. Basic original outgoing carriage will be refunded; any enhanced or premium delivery options are not refunded.
We can arrange to collect items at your cost. The price of this will vary according to the size/weight of the goods being collected, please contact us to provide a quotation. As a guide single parcels under 30Kg are likely to be around £20.00 and larger items up to 100Kg around £50.00

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 days or items being received.
